Description
Port Qasim, Pakistan's second busiest port, is a deep seaport located in Karachi. On November 6, 2010, Port Qasim Authority signed an Implementation Agreement with Pakistan International Bulk Terminal for the construction of a dedicated Coal, Clinker & Cement Terminal. The container will have an annual handling capacity of 8 million tonnes and a storage capacity of 0.9 million tons. It will be the country's first dedicated dirty bulk cargo handling facility upon completion.
