China and the Philippines Negotiate $15B in Deals
Key cabinet officials from the Philippines will be in China through Tuesday to work out the details of the $15 billion in investment deals that were struck with Chinese President Xi Jinping last year, Nikkei reports. Officials are also expected to discuss a number of infrastructure projects that were proposed during the previous visit.
