Israel Proposes Ambitious "Tracks for Peace"

Israeli Minister of Transportation Israel Katz visited Japan this week to lobby for Japanese participation in a plan to overhaul infrastructure connectivity in the Middle East. According to Katz, the plan will make Israel "the ultimate gateway between Europe, the Mediterranean, and the Gulf countries, to transport goods from east to west and bridge three continents."
